The design that was planned for the show from the start sets the stage for fabulous technical and directional effects.

The en-suite-shows at the SHOWPALAST MÜNCHEN offer a around two hours (plus break) of gala-worthy entertainment: a unique mix of chills, thrills and humour with beautiful horses, outstanding riding performances, dancing and acrobatics, inspiring music composed especially for the show as well as atmospheric lighting, laser and video effects.

Horses

From the beginning, the project organizers worked closely with the veterinary office in Munich as an independent body, to ensure that the horses’ accommodation and care complies with all regulations and is optimally coordinated. During the shows, the office is also responsible for compliance (control) with all regulations. Of course, veterinary care is available 24/7 at the location and the animals are supervised by trained professionals.

63 equines will be on show, 14 spare horses are ready. This enables a rotating performance schedule, meaning not all the horses have to perform in every show.

The site has many outdoor facilities and large state-of-the-art horseboxes. Some of these are open to the public, some are in restricted areas. This makes it possible to meet the animals, yet giving them space, too.

For safety reasons, there are no horses running completely freely on the premises.

Like the horses on our European tour, these are professionally trained show horses that are accustomed to their riders and very sensitive. Therefore, and for insurance reasons, visitors are not permitted to ride the horses. However, you still get the opportunity to see the horses up close during the public training sessions at the lunge and riding hall. Here you can learn some tricks by watching the show stars.
